Bio #4: Golden Lion Tamarin

Golden Lion Tamarins are about a foot long, and their tails are a bit longer than that. There are very few left in the wild.
There are three species of Tamarins: the Golden Lion Tamarin, the cottontop, and the mustached tamarin. Their colors are very attractive to their species... and to humans. Thousands of tamarins have been killed for their fur. The few left in the wild are literally homeless, since forests are being cut down. Help the tamarins!
